ForwardX Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, number 14890762. This page sets out exactly how we ask before we text you, what we send, and how to stop it.
1. We only text you when you ask, on a call
There is no form on this website that collects a mobile number, and we never buy or borrow lists. The only way onto our text list is to ring us, on 01423 227770 in the UK or +1 813 773 0567 in the USA, and ask for something in writing.
2. What is said on the call
When you ask for a quote or a price in writing, this is what happens, in this order:
ForwardX: "I can text that quote to your mobile. What is the best number?"
You: give your mobile number.
ForwardX: reads the number back, then says: "I will text the quote to that number from ForwardX. It is one or two texts about this quote, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to end them or HELP for help. Are you happy for me to send it?"
You: say yes. If you say no, nothing is sent, and we offer email instead.
Saying yes is not a condition of buying anything. Calls may be recorded, and the recording is our record of your consent.
3. What we send
Only messages about the thing you asked for: the quote and its link, up to three short reminders before that quote expires, and a receipt if you pay. We do not send marketing texts. Typically that is one to five messages per quote. Examples:
"ForwardX: Hi Sam, here is your ForwardX quote, valid for 7 days: https://forward-x.com/quote/abc123 Robert, +1 813 773 0567. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
"ForwardX: Hi Sam, your ForwardX quote expires in 3 days: https://forward-x.com/quote/abc123 Any questions, ring +1 813 773 0567. Reply STOP to opt out."
4. Stopping, and help
Reply STOP to any message and the texts end at once; you get one message confirming it and nothing after. Reply HELP for help, ring 01423 227770 or +1 813 773 0567, or email buildova@buildova.io.
5. Your number
Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. More in our privacy page and section 12 of our terms.
